The problem with these policies is it gives the youth nowhere to go. These policies stem from people without kids or forgetting about there own youth. I remember cruising when younger. Going to the movies and drive-ins. The youth has no where to go and nothing to do. Our parents told us Rock-n-roll was just noise and not music. We told our kids Rap is not music. I do not like loud, unrulely kids around either but I also understand the problem. Lets get the kids an ID card. Maybe issued at school and the first time they become a problem then they are banned from these places. We are wrong banning the kids from all these places. The mall is wrong. They need to think that these kids are future shoppers at their mall. Do they think these kids will forget? Places that have given me bad sevice or employees dont seem to care about helping you do not get my business again. Kids do not forget where they are treated poorly. My daughter was treated badly at 16 in a store at the mall and 14 years later she has still not been back to that store.

If I was him I would sue Hamiltion Co over this. The police patrol that area many times a day and are suppose to look out for missing rock and marks that could show signs of an accident. Did they not bother to notice this orare they just that incompitent that it took them 7 months to find the jeep and her. As far as she was from the jeep, she could have been thrown. They say she was not wearing her sealtbelt but maybe she was and survived the accident but hurt badly. Took it off and tried to get help. Lets see here, Surrong sound from WALMART, $120 plas tax of 9 1/4% or $131.10. Same product online for $85.00 plus $15 shipping or $100 total. I save $31.10. Add sales tax to it and all of a sudden it goes to $110 or more because now that shipping and handeling charge will go up because they are having to do extra work with reporting sales tax. Before I did not mine waiting a couple of weeks to save 30% now it is not worth it to save 10% so i go to Walmart instead. This is what they are counting on to push this bill thru. Thier business increases and the little guy can not compete and goes out of business and on the unemployment line and becomes homeless because now unemployment goes to 15%.

You sleep half the day away or sit around being bored. Watch TV maybe with all the violence on there, even the cartoons are violent. These black youths are raised into a lazy society. Why not have a restriction on the number of times the police can be called to the bar for certain things. After that you charge the club for the service of the police coming to the call if it involves the club. There are always certain things that happen in clubs you can not control but others you can by refusing service. If these clubs do not refuse the service then charge them for the service of the police coming. That hits them in their pocket book where it hurts them the most.

I think everyone should have to prove insurance to get a DL wether they own a car or not. Driving on a suspended or revoked license should automatically carry a jail term and not just 30 days. Driving without the proper insuance should also carry jail time. If everyone had the right insurance then rates would not be as high as they are.
