Maybe the dog had been on a chain for over 12 hours and was taking out his frustration...McKamey doesn't protect anything but its bank account, just saying...can't wait to see more info on this story. Maybe it'll be on Channel 9 or 12.
OK, looking at the patrol car...how can you not realize there is something eating your bumper? Bulldog? Or pitbull/mix? And why did McKamey remove 2 other dogs inside of a fenced in area. Story is kind of lacking...
Oh I love this....So, what does the new reg suggest about what to do with the dog off its chain? Can you just unhook the dog at the 12 hour mark and then put it back on? What's to keep someone from doing that? You think the people that chain their dogs have money for a fence? Are landlords gonna let Joe Thug put up a fence around his crack house? The people that chain their dogs up don't give a darn about education. Three warnings gives them time...they either will not come to court or just move. And what can city court do for someone who doesn't come to court. Send them another letter saying we'll send another letter if you don't show up? I can guarantee people in my neighborhood don't have money for a fenced yard. Its a great idea guys but it doesn't fly with the kind of people that are chaining up their dogs. The people across the street from me have had their pitbulls on chains ever since they were puppies. You won't see them or anyone else around here spending their drug money on fences...LOL
Wait, take them to McKamey because that's the new rule? These are the same people that tell you to wait a few weeks until they have room. Or put you on a waiting list and they'll call when you can bring in the animal. Those feral cats would have been juiced the moment they came through the door! Heck, I am still waiting on them to enforce the dog on a chain rule they came up with....I haven't seen a animal control truck once at any of the places here with pitbulls on chains in South Chatt. Another feel code rule that won't and can't be enforced. Please!
Kitties are great, but if you don't want it getting trapped with a bunch of stray cats, keep it inside. Not really sure I believe the "we found new homes for them" thing. Maybe they ended up on a farm somewhere or relocated to a vacant lot near someone else....Really...
