it is very funny that the previous 2 to comment on this article are both known Democrats. Neither one of them have a dog in the hunt since they would not vote for a conservative if their life depended on it.
chet, have you ever heard of the old saying: It is better to be thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
If you want someone to take you seriously, you should first turn off the CAPS. IT IS REALLY HARD TO READ WHEN SOMEONE TYPES IN ALL CAPS. Second, learn how to converse with people without calling names and stop talking about the Southern Baptist Church. No one cares about that. Third, not everyone on here stays on here all day. Most of us work and pop in every now and then to see what all is said. Like me for instance. I just popped in about 30 min ago to read the postings and see most of them are yours. And when I see they are yours I mostly just scan them to see if you said anything that made sense. I am sure that most on here do the same regarding you. And now I am popping out to go home and have a real life so I won't be on here again until tomorrow.
Get a grip son. This story has nothing to do with you either. Everyone is welcome to express their opinion unless it disagrees with you, right?
Limric, We don't usually see eye to eye but you are spot on today. Thanks for the information.
lkeith,
I am surprised you are not arguing with MtJohn on his view of evolution. You have argued many a time that there was no creation but we simply evolved from primates.
Also, don't stoop to others levels of calling them names. Even tho you and I do not see eye to eye concerning evolution vs. creation (the Bible) I have always respected your postings as someone with intelligence and class.
WWWTW, yes paul amoung others said it would be like this. =)
David Franks, you have not given one shred of evidence that a fetus is not a baby as you claim and even using the Bible as a crutch.
So by YOUR definition, anyone who is dependent on someone else for their existence, that "something" is not an individual? So all people born with sydromes and birth defects who will always rely on someone for their care are not people? So a person who is paralyzed in an accident dependent on others to exist ceases to be a person?
Wow, you must be a democrat. And by your definition you are not a person either since dems always on the governments teets. Sorry for that cut. I digressed.
I would like to know where in the Bible you could take a verse that far out of context to show that babies are not people.
I think the Saints penalties should be harsher with some of the players being penalized as well like you said would probably be coming.
Chipper is a fine player but not sure about the best Brave ever. Yes he spent his entire career there (which is unusual) but don't think that should be a qualification. Not that it was his fault, but it was kind of aggravating with the amount of injuries he always seemed to have. Just think of the stats he could have produced if he had been healthy all these years.
I am a Tebow fan and have been since day one in Florida. But I believe he is being used for multiple reasons.
First, it is a wake up call to Sanchez to say, step it up or we got someone to step in for you at any moment.
Second, he brings a positive attitude with him whether it be on the field, locker room or even in daily life with other players. Last but certainly not least, is the fact that he draws a lot of attention from the fanbase, which will increase ticket sales along with team paraphernalia.
I think he is a stand up kind of guy. I wish more players would adopt his attitude and ethics as role models.
HWNB,
Here is what I read that leads me to believe that the government of Ga is involved. Pay close attention to the line regarding the Secretary of the State of Ga.
"The Judge, Judge Malihi, said that he would release a formal “Default” judgment on Feb.5th; however the judgment would be in favor of the complainants as no defense was presented.
This judgment will mean that the Judge will recommend that President Obama cannot appear on a ballot list, in the State of Georgia. Which would mean that Obama, would not receive any popular votes or electoral seats, from that State.
The Secretary of State for Georgia has already stated that he would comply with any ruling that the Judge made."
Sounds very involved to me. But I am just a nurse, not a legal eagle. I just think it is very interesting. Could be history in the making.
Hey Al, nice to talk to you again. Hope you are doing ok healthwise. I also hope you are still losing weight. I remember you saying at one time you had lost quite a bit.
Well, I agree with you that it is almost useless to try to sway peoples minds once their minds have been made up. That is one reason I have not posted on here in a while. Seems like the same old stuff rolling around all the time. But that is the job of the politicians, isn't it? To change peoples minds? To convince others that they are the best choice?
I guess we will have to see if it will happen. From what I read the case seems fairly solid, especially since there was no defense.
HWNB, unless I am mistaken, there has been no decision from the judge in Georgia yet. Last I heard he will give a decision on 2/5/12. IT COULD HAPPEN, and could be the start of something big.
Romney vs. Obama for president in 2012?
Nucanuck, One thing I can say for Romney is that he ain't Obama. I think you would even agree that Obama's agenda is killing America.
Chuck Fleischmann's competition: Scottie Mayfield, Weston Wamp and more...

Very funny indeed. =)

This was very well written and true.
Obamacare will only compound the problem with a larger gap between allowable payment and actual cost to provide services.
It will be a long recovery if we have one at all.
