fightingautism's comment history

The Lancet study, if referencing Dr. Wakefield, was a good study but has been attacked by those who favor suppression of open, thoughtful science. The connection between autism and vaccination is NOT JUST age/MMR. My own daughter regressed over a two week period after a hepatitis B immunization while still scabbed over with chicken pox. Shew as nine months old and had not even had the MMR yet. Other families report their child receiving DaPT vaccines at 4 or 6 months old, having high fevers and seizures, and forever being damaged and eventually getting autism diagnoses. People are not dying from measles/getting whooping cough from "anti-immunization" movement. There is no data supporting how many of those who get measles/pertussis were/were not immunized. The CDC's own data show the pertussis vaccine as only being 50-85% effective, depending on study. No medication/procedure is 100% safe for 100% population and it's insanity to think the human body, in all its complexities and variants, can handle the same thing for everyone. Heck, 100% of the population cannot even tolerate 100% of foods.
