10 Ring, glad you and the family get away from it (mostly) for the week. You're in the right place; it's cold up here. If you have the opportunity, please pass along my wonderment at Mr. Young's and Mr. Hargis' extensive knowledge of goings on of Metro high school football.

Lebron or Michael? Can Labron play baseball, Can Lebron gamble, Could Lebron come back for a suspension, Can Lebron act?

10 Ring, I am most embarrassed to admit to have seen Smokey and the Bandit II. Not even the "Great One," Jackie Gleeson, cashing a check here, can save us from five hundred vehicle pile up a'la Ben Hur. I've never seen III, or Stroker Ace.

West bound and down loaded up with mule scat.

Despite no Championships and few peers while in college during the late seventies and early eighties--Eric Dickerson.

The 1980's go to LT.

It was Couple's first divorce that really put a hurt on him. On the hall, I believe three majors a must. Is there a case to be made about the Players? I just don't know.

The award for doing the belly flop from the highest of high, Richard Petty Enterprises and Kyle Petty share equal shame.

10 Ring, Willie and Jones are automatics. Waylon spelled W-A-Y-L-O-N Jennings, and please make welcome The First Lady of Country Music Miss Loretta Lynn.

By the by, will this coffee table book of yours have legs that fold out from underneath like Kramer's?

10 Ring, the only way for a quarterback to make believers out of sceptics is have ten men surrounding him in the huddle during a game. I'm not sure any franchise in the NFL will give him that opportunity at this time. The CFL was the perfect platform for Warren Moon and Doug Flutie to obtain the coveted ticket south back to the League.

Go north, young man!

10 Ring, I believe Berman's performance has much to do with too many NutriSystem meals. Maybe he's eating NutriSystem for women?

From my perspective, the Raiders trading down for a two was the best result. The worst is figuring out who can play.

Bray and D'Rick reaped the fruits of their work, though D'Rick has the talent, if he proves there's more judgement under his dreadlocks than Robert McClain.

Tebow best learn the Canadian National Anthem as I doubt he will be paid to cause any further quarterback controversies in the NFL. Then again, there's still Jacksonville, NFL light.

10 Ring, thanks for cluing me in on your writing. If I were to tackle a project such as yours, I'd consider the performance of Tony Robinson in 1984 Vols-Bama game. T.Rob takes the Vols on his back with two TDs in the 4th Quarter to win 28-27. I was there, and this is most clutch performance I've ever seen in person followed closely by last year's Signal Mtn./South Pittsburg game.

Will you consider a trade for a copy of your book? I have Fullmer's "A Perfect Season."

10 Ring, who can forget Jamacus Russell? Doubt I ever will.

Though not a number 1, Charlie Garner was much missed Vol, who had a fine NFL Career.

Congrats on finishing your book. Would you mind sharing a bit about it?

Masters Picks: Greg Norman, Ken Venturi, Ed Sneed, Scott Hoch

Well, maybe these might better suit my designs at present: Tiger, Rory, McDowell, Bradley

10 Ring, I almost neglected your radio gig. "Ritchi the C" is an excellent model. Everything seemed to go well for our Happy Day's Hero until his friends got jealous. From what I can tell from this board, you don't have any friends. Make that work for you.

Maybe a variation of Ritchi's and do not skimp on the sound effects like cowbells, triangles, 1930's car horns, whistles, train whistles, bongo drums and the like. Do these live in the studio, no canned stuff. Figure out your variations for each segment and stick to them. Audiences love continuity, they want to feel safe, not surprised.
