hey let Smiddie know I appreciate him not dogging that home plate umpire that called the Central girl out for not touching home plate. I mean it was very obvious that missed the plate, even if it was covered in dirt. I mean after I clean...i mean...err...that other guy cleaned that plate you could still see where her cleat print was...about 3 inches short of the plate. Sometimes the hardest call to make is the right one especially when its in a close game like that. And then to watch as Central pulled within one and know that your cal...errr...that other dudes call made that big of an impact, thats a tough one.
I'm weighing in with a heavy heart this afternoon. Still not over the loss. My Dawgs played so well and came so close but to lose it in that fashion was just not the right ending to that game. I think I would have slept better if there was at least one shot into the endzone that actually made into said endzone but alas, it is what it is. I was more proud of how Richt stood up for his players at the press conference but I have to admit, there were alot of Dawg fans asking the same question. has any word come down yet from the NCAA on the cheat shot on Murray? Is there going to be repercussions to that blatant cheap shot? I want to be angry at the loss, but i just can't, it wouldnt be fair to the greatness that was bestowed upon us all....A game for the history books.

Now dont get me wrong, I understand that yes I do live on the Tenn/UGA border and yes I know it's news and very much needs reporting on, which you and your staff is doing a fabulous job on as always. I just feel like this is gonna be another Bonds on steroids story that never ends. And it seems that in the past four years...it hasnt. My heart bleeds for UT fans state wide and abroad. They thought "he who shall not be named" was the answer, then Dooley. In all sincereness, I truly hope you guys find the right man for the job....as long as his name doesnt rhyme with feudin. However i will need to drop in every now and again since you did mention WOLVERINES!!!! I mean CMON!!! Who's not seeing that movie?!?!!?

He doesnt look as sharp as his previous two years and if he continues to play like that Bama will have our yoohoo's in a sling by halftime. The only hope we have of beating Bama is if our Defense shows up like they did against Florida...and to make sure Murray doesnt throw any passes. Did I mention Gurley is the man latley? i may have to hang my Kimbo man crush up...
Wow....two years huh. I remember when it was just you, me and EC hangin in the room with a few others chit chattin away cause work was no fun. All those 80's quotes, movie quotes, sports quotes, sniff....brings a tear to ones eye....im...40...sniff....im a man...
but....the hot girl in 7th grade did like me.....and crap, my covers blown as the oversized plant in the corner of the office. Here's something off the ol Gruden/college football path that i would like to suggest for the sports crew to follow up on this spring (what..so im in a planner and i think ahead...ur point?!) Have you guys down there noticed the number of Division A softball recruits that have come from our are this past year?! Not only that but im sure there are more to come once spring arrives. Has that number increased from years past? It seems like there have been alot more this year. maybe something for you guys to check up on once this whole fabricated nonsense of a lie about Gruden goes away....i hope it goes away...please dont let it be true.
