DALTON Ralph Powell Sr., 83, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, in a local hospital.Mr. Powell was retired from Brown Printing following more than 20 years of service and was a member of Fort Oglethorpe Church of Christ. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Montene Powell; son, Ralph Powell Jr.; grandson, Eric Powell, and brother, Albert C. Powell.Survivors include his children, Jim Powell, Phyllis Powell and Janice G.
