Esther Patrice "Tricey" Tiller, 55, went home to the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, following a lengthy but courageous battle with sarcoidosis.She was member of New Home Baptist Church, a 1973 graduate of Notre Dame High School and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She was employed for a number of years at WDEF-TV 12 as the first female cameraperson and photographer.Esther was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Esther Sanford and Bertha Tiller; brother, Bennie Tiller Jr.Esther will be lovingly missed by her parents, Bennie and Queen Esther Tiller Sr.; sisters, Dr. Kathy Simpson, Vanessa Tiller, Cynthia Tiller, Frances (Gregory) Beasley; brothers, John (Constance) Tiller and Scott Tiller; aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many devoted friends.A celebration of life service will be at noon Saturday, Sept. 11, at New Home Baptist Church, 1001 McCallie Ave. at noon with Elder G.M. Spotts officiating.The public may view beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church until the time of service.Interment will follow services at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.The body will lie in state after noon today at the funeral home.The family will receive friends at 6 p.m. today at 3805 #A Mission View Ave.Memorial contributions may be made to the Sarcoidosis Foundation, Hospice of Chattanooga or New Home Baptist Church in memory of Esther Tiller.Arrangements by John P.
