SEQUATCHIE Kathleen G. Haynes, 87, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010.Mrs. Haynes, a loving mother and caregiver was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Charles Haynes; parents, Andrew Joseph and Bertie Colston Gilliam, Buddy Gilliam, Mary Jean Coppinger, and six other siblings.She was a member of Alhambra Temple Asebi Court Lady Shrine; past Worthy Matron of Jasper Chapter Eastern Star. Mrs. Haynes was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and Marion County School System and a member of Layne's Chapel Church.Those left to cherish her memories are a son, Charlie Haynes, of Sequatchie; extended family, Betty Dawson, of Jasper; Jim and Doris Price, of Sequatchie; several nieces, nephews, cousins. She was blessed with an abundance of friends.Graveside services will at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 3, 2010, at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper with Rev.
