Sally T. Wilbanks, lifelong resident of Chattanooga died on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. She was 85.Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2010, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, July 31, 2010, at St. Timothys Episcopal Church (630 Mississippi Ave., Signal Mountain, TN 37377) with the Rev. Kathryn C. Mathewson and the Rev. George L.
