SPRINGS CITY Jess Ray "J.R." Waits, 31, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010.Memorial services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home in Spring City.The family will receive friends one hour before the memorial service at the funeral home.
