Chattanooga police have identified the victims in three shootings in the Chattanooga area yesterday.

The first shooting took place at 5:12 p.m. Police responded to reports that 30-year-old Milton Patrick was shot near Rite Aid, 3605 Brainerd Road, after an altercation, said Master Patrol Officer Nathan Hartwig.

The man fled from the Walgreens parking lot across Germantown Road. He was taken to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition, Hartwig said.

A silver Chevrolet Malibu still had the engine running an hour later in the rear parking lot of the Walgreens. The front driver side tire was flattened, and there was minor front-end damage. Bullet holes marked the car, and a few casings and a set of keys were nearby.

Bullet holes also marked the outside of the Rite Aid across the street, shattering one window. No one was injured inside the store.

At 5:46 p.m., police answered a call for an unrelated shooting at 719 E. 49th St., Hartwig said.

A man in his 20s, Willie Lansden, showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. His injury was not life-threatening.

At 10:51 p.m., police responded to a shooting at 4107 Tennessee Avenue where they found 22 year-old Anthony Sherard suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He is in stable condition at a local hospital.

Sherard was reportedly in a front yard when a suspect shot him and fled the scene in a car.

Police said all three victims were likely targeted.
