Chattanooga police and Crime Stoppers are looking for Chad David Holmes, 39, on charges of harassment, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and numerous traffic violations.
Holmes is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. His last known address is 3909 Chickamauga Ave. in Chattanooga.
