Lane Funeral Home, 833 Chickamauga Ave. in Rossville, is hosting a Veterans Appreciation Day on Saturday at the funeral home. Activities will begin at 10 a.m.
According to Eddie Stanfield, commander of American Legion Post 159, there will be hot dogs, ice cream, flag raising, 21-gun salute, display of military motor vehicles, patriotic music and a short appreciation ceremony.
