Former Rhea County court clerk indicted for theft

A former Rhea County Circuit Court deputy clerk is in hot water.

TBI Spokeswoman Kristin Helm confirms to our news partners at Channel 3 that 46-year-old Kelley Roberts Marsh is charged with theft of property worth more than $1,000.

Helm says an investigation by the bureau found evidence to seek charges.
