A criminal court jury has found Jamaul Herman not guilty of murder.
Herman was charged in the shooting death of 31-year-old Jerome Timmons outside The Palace nightclub at 2:45 a.m. on July 4, 2010.
The jury deliberated 10 hours before reaching their verdict.
