Memphis police on Sunday arrested a school bus driver accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Investigators charged Collier O. Smith, 30, of Memphis, with the felony of statutory rape by an authority figure. Smith was held in Shelby County Jail with no bond amount immediately set.
The girl reported to police on Saturday that she was picked up from her home and driven to a street in the Coro Lake area where she had sex in the backseat of a vehicle, according to the court document.
