A four-month investigation led to the arrest of an 60-year-old Alabama man who’s accused of selling marijuana across the street from an elementary school.
Mack Arthur Kirby, 69, of Rosalie, was charged Monday with three counts of distribution of controlled substances, according to a news release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Kirby is accused of selling marijuana on multiple occasions directly across the street from the Rosalie Elementary School on County Road 355, the release said.
