Location: 7148 East Brainerd Road. This new development, in the middle of the busy East Brainerd shopping district, sees more than 50,000 cars per day pass by, the highest traffic count in Hamilton County after the interstate, said Realtor Heather Lyons Bevil.
Status: Builders have finished the ground pad for this mixed-use commercial and retail project. The next step is the construction of the actual building, installation of plumbing and electrical conduits, and finishing the interior.
