The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of the three victims who were killed in a triple homicide Friday in Copperhill, Tenn.
Wanda Waters, 59, and her son Marion Doug Waters, 40, were both pronounced dead at the scene, according to a news release. Wanda Waters’ husband, Willard J. Waters, 61, was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
George Steven Waters, 33, was arrested and charged with three counts of first degree homicide Friday. He is the nephew of the victims, according to the sheriff’s office.
George Waters is being held without bond. The incident is under investigation.
