A new report ranks Tennessee 39th among the states for child homelessness.
The America's Youngest Outcasts 2010 report examined extent of child homelessness, risk for homelessness, child wellbeing and state policy and planning.
The National Center on Family Homelessness released the report Tuesday. Vermont was the top-ranked state and Alabama ranked 50th, last in the survey.

Simply astounding at some of posts viciousness and hate, seems the HS dropouts should prefer to better their lives then post such rubbish in hopes someone might finally notice them and their pathetic hate filled, failed existences. Past time the "richest nation on earth" find a way to rebuild itself, end the hate, fear, panic and divisions, that is devouring this once great nation.
Is there a definition of homelessness included in the article? For purposes of these studies, it isn't necessarily defined as without housing.
