University of Tennessee: Vols wear orange pants for UCLA

PASADENA, Calif. — We have an orange pants sighting in The Rose Bowl.

The University of Tennessee kickers just took the field for pregame warm-ups, and they’re wearing orange game pants with two stripes down each leg.

UT wore solid orange pants with orange jerseys in last season’s Southeastern Conference championship game against LSU. Before then, they hadn’t worn them since a home game with Memphis in 1999.

The Volunteers and UCLA are set to kick off a little after 8 p.m. EDT. As the road team, UT will likely wear white jerseys.
