Edward “Ace” Williams and Randolph Scott Jennings, both charged with especially aggravated exploitation of a minor and other counts in connection with a 2007 raid at a Rossville Boulevard club, pleaded guilty today to lesser charges.

Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Don Poole sentenced Mr. Williams to serve 24 months in the Silverdale Workhouse and Mr. Jennings to serve 18 months.

Mr. Williams pleaded guilty to misdemeanor unlawful sale of alcohol, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, unlawful storage of alcohol and illegal storage of alcohol. Mr. Jennings, also known as Randolph Scott Allison, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor resisting arrest and simple possession of marijuana.

The charge of especially aggravated exploitation of a minor, a felony, was dropped against both men.

Chattanooga police raided Club Coffee, where the men were working, in 2007. The officers found under-age girls stripping, drugs and alcohol, which the club was not licensed to sell, according to police records.

The trial in the case had been scheduled to begin Monday before Judge Poole.
